2. Return Policy
2.1. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates (e.g., hallmark, gemstone certification), and invoices intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order Products are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Products purchased during special promotions or sales may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2.2. Return Process
